What Have We Learnt from the RICCADSA Trial?

The RICCADSA trail was the first trail to address the effects of CPAP treatment in CAD patients with OSA who did not report daytime sleepiness. The whole dataset includes both an RCT and an observational arm and gives further insight into the heterogeneity of cardiovascular consequences of OSA and response to treatment with a focus on phenotypes, endotypes, and cardiovascular biomarkers.
